A photo shoot built from a single frame lives or dies on the source image. Take a front-facing selfie under even light — a window or an overcast street beats a ceiling lamp. The face should fill at least a quarter of the frame, and the image should be at least 512 pixels on the short side.
Then send the shot to the chat and pick “Change your look”. Each run returns up to four variants, which helps, because the scenes differ not only in background but in the character of the light. A business portrait and a studio setup produce very different results from the same source.
Do not try to get everything in one go. Run three or four scenes back to back and choose afterwards — that is how you end up with a consistent series rather than a random assortment. The first two attempts do not use up paid renders, so exploring costs nothing.
If the likeness drifts, the source is almost always to blame: a turned head, heavy shadow, or glare on glasses. Swapping the selfie fixes it faster than rerunning the same scene.
