01Definitions

The “Provider” is the entity named in the “Company details” section. The “Customer” is a Telegram user who has accepted the terms of this offer.

A “render” is one run of any of the service’s features. A “pack” is a paid quantity of renders. A “subscription” is the right to an unlimited number of renders during the paid period.

02Subject of the offer

The Provider supplies the Customer with automated image processing services powered by neural networks, through the BadPanda Telegram bot.

Services are supplied remotely and automatically, with no on-site visit and no delivery of physical media.

03Acceptance

Payment for any render pack or subscription constitutes acceptance of this offer. From that moment the contract is concluded on the terms set out here.

Use of the free renders requires no payment and is governed by the Terms of use.

04Price

“First look” — 0 ₽: three renders, returned with a watermark.

“100 renders” — 490 ₽: one hundred photo or video renders without a watermark, video up to 5 seconds, no queue wait.

“Monthly unlimited” — 1,490 ₽: an unlimited number of renders for 30 calendar days, priority queue, early access to new looks.

Prices are stated in Russian roubles. The Provider may change prices; a change does not affect packs already paid for or subscriptions already running.

05Payment procedure

Payment is made by Russian bank card, via the Faster Payments System (SBP), or with Telegram Stars.

Payment is treated as made when confirmation is received from the payment provider. Renders are credited automatically, usually within a minute.

A fiscal receipt is issued electronically in the manner prescribed by the legislation on cash register equipment.

06When a service counts as delivered

A single render counts as delivered at the moment the result reaches the Customer’s chat.

If a result is not delivered because of a technical failure, the render does not count as delivered and is returned to the balance. Support handles such cases on the Customer’s request.

No separate delivery certificate is drawn up. The Provider’s system records and the bot chat history serve as confirmation.

07Retries and the free allowance

Every request offers a “Run again” button. The first two attempts do not use up paid renders.

A retry is not the remedy of a defect in the service: neural network output is probabilistic, as set out in the Terms of use.

08Refunds

Unused renders from a paid pack are refunded on request to support within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued by the same method used for payment, within 10 business days.

Renders already delivered are non-refundable — the service counts as delivered when the result reaches the chat. The exception is a technical failure where the result was never delivered.

Claims about the artistic quality of a result are not grounds for a refund.

09Subscription

A subscription runs for 30 calendar days from payment and does not renew automatically. Nothing is charged without action from you.

Priority queue and early access to new looks are part of the subscription and are not sold separately.

On early cancellation, the portion of the price corresponding to unused days is refunded, less the value of renders actually performed, charged at the “100 renders” pack rate.

10Liability and force majeure

The Provider’s liability is limited to the value of services the Customer paid for in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The parties are released from liability for failures caused by force majeure, including backbone network outages, unavailability of the Telegram platform, and decisions of public authorities that make supplying the services impossible.

11Term and amendment of the offer

The offer remains in force indefinitely until withdrawn by the Provider. Withdrawal does not affect packs already paid for or subscriptions already running.

The Provider may amend the offer by publishing a new version on this page. Contracts already concluded are governed by the version in force at the time of acceptance.

The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. A pre-action claim is mandatory: it is sent to the support email address and considered within 10 business days.
